Sessions are $75 an hour for a coaching. The first hour is an exploratory session where we will address your needs based on a survey you complete. Clients identify the areas in advance where they need support so coaching can begin immediately.

Some clients reach their goals in a few sessions, while others continue with coaching over a few months. There are no minimum requirements. Students take as long or as little as they need to meet their personal goals. I offer a 30-minute free consulation to understand your needs and share my expertise.

You will receive my guide for job searching when you schedule your first session free of charge. "Your Guide to Becoming a Confident Communicator" is also available for purchase for job seekers who are not participating in the coaching sessions. The guide provides suggestions and identifies common interview mistakes in addition to worksheets you can utilize to prepare for your interview.

If you are interested in a resume workshop only, the cost is $50 an hour. You will receive tips to create a first resume or update your current resume during the session. First Impressions believes it is important for the candidate to create their resume so it is written in their tone and voice. Your resume should be authentically to you.
